This program is an adaptation of Relationship Essentials 4: Gratitude. It was designed solely for couples that both share gratitude well toward each other but sometimes struggle showing appreciation toward self. It is common to realize that we have an excellent partner and show considerable praise, for these partners make our lives more fulfilling. We sometimes, however, do not acknowledge our own value. When this happens, we can under-appreciate ourselves. To be sure, appreciating both partner and self is not about worship or arrogance. Rather, it is seeing that both our partners as well as ourselves are pretty solid, if not amazing. Participants of this series will explore for two weeks the need to match other-gratitude with self gratitude.
